Language as a microscope

The human is a contortionist
Bending and folding into boxes
Dissecting the world into words
Trying to communicate to…
Who? no one really knows
We just do it because we do

And in our prisms
With ink spilled
With erroneous conclusions to come to
we share a shared unknowledge that we are not who we are
but some other

Becoming restless
We all conclude
We should go ‘back’
Whatever that means
As if we left somewhere

When we get back to nature
It is said
We will understand

To which I must ask
When do you claim we left
That to which we are intrinsically attached?
It’s the words we use that built these walls

Language, a microscope to help communicate
About the world
But we forgot to step back from the scope
And see we are within
all the things we point to ‘out there.’

Alien take over

Hello, fellow followers, I’m… Currently in deep sh….

Shit… They’re here…

Greetings Earthlings!
This is an announcement from planet Mammaroon.

Language is the matrix to which you are all plugged in.

It is not just in the media you choose to feast upon, it is in the very language you speak.
Every utterance of every word is power and words work via nature to nurture.

It is not so much as ‘language is unnatural’ but that the nature of language can change you.

You can come up with all the theories you like about reality itself.

But never, EVER assume you have escaped the matrix.

For language is the creator of the matrix you are in.

Do you believe you have the utter truth? Do you believe you’ve ‘unplugged’ from the matrix and you see the world for what it is?

How can that be so, unless you are silent?

How can that be so, unless you are silent of thought?

To unplug from the matrix you need to remove language so that there is nothing to frame reality in.

Once you put a frame on it, it’s only a reflection of your mind and thus becomes art and nothing more and nothing less.

friday thoughts: on language

Language is a virus.

Or healthy bacteria? Maybe.

Language can enslave you.

You could say writers are enslaved by language

or maybe language is a slave to us?

Language enslaves those who don’t try to control the narrative, perhaps

or perhaps writers are the biggest language slaves of them all.

it shouldn’t be understated that we need language, the kind I’m writing in now.

But does it compliment our body language

no. It seems it often contradicts it

unless we programme our minds to be in sync with our body language, somehow.

language and programming.

Programming is for language, or language is for programming?

consider a deaf blind man, his language is tactile

for its all he has, or maybe he’s freer for it

that isn’t to say I wish to be blind and deaf

god no, I can only salute those women and men

for I could never be without those senses

I dread to think

but I do consider that maybe in some ways

they’re freer than us

for they are programmed via tactile senses

and have you ever felt the grass under bare feet?

With all other senses awakened, this pleasure is surely dampened
